Letās go!

For this first section on AI Practical Use Cases, weāll talk about what seems almost illegal to do, but Canva AI has made this possible. Itās the most advanced AI font extractor I have ever seen.
Letās say you like a certain font that you saw in a picture somewhere and loved it. There is something about it that looks aesthetically pleasing and you just like how put together it is. You ask your team member and they donāt know the font.
Enter magic⦠Iāll show you how to use any image and turn it into a font, without even knowing what the original one was called (thereās a bazillion of those nowadays)
Step 1: Pick any image where you like the font. I love Sephora, so letās use that as an example.

Step 2: Bring it into Canva, Edit image and select Grab Text.

Step 3: Select the portion of the image that has the font that you want. Notice it has picked up ALL of the text in this store window, even the ones on smaller posters. Select SEPHORA and click on āGrabā. (I deliberately picked something at an angle to see how well the AI picks it up. It did pretty well!)

And voila, you have just converted the font into editable text OMG! š± The text gets detached from the original photo, the background is seamlessly generated, and you can change it, move it, or copy it. Just like that š„.

Now, you can copy that newly created text with the beautiful font and add it to an entirely different image like I did. You can use this idea for your Amazon posts or social media posts.

How cool is that! Pass this along to your VA or ask them to subscribe for more tips like this!

For the Cool Tools section today, we are talking about a brand new AI tool on the market called Redaka. This was designed by John Cant, a name many of you will recognize!
Redaka does automatic translations of text on images!

You can chose from a bunch of source and destination languages. Here is a link to their demo video.
How much you ask? Simple Pricing. Pay As You Go ā$1 Per Image. Wow!

For this weekās Nerd Bytes section, Iād like to touch on the new breed of AI Assistants on your phones. We have all grown accustomed to Siri, Alexa or Hey Google, but at the moment, Google seems to be heading the new generation of AI assistants.
As announced by Google recently, Gemini Live is here, and itās changing the game for conversational AI! Gemini Live is essentially Google's next-generation upgrade to "Hey Google" and the traditional Google Assistant.
This innovative new feature from Google is available on devices like the Pixel 8 Pro and S24 Ultra, and itās set to replace Google Assistant as your go-to AI.
With Gemini Live, you get an incredibly smooth and intuitive experienceāengage in natural, flowing conversations without having to constantly wake up your assistant.
Imagine asking for recipes, sports scores, or personalized gift ideas, and getting thoughtful, context-aware responses instantly. Plus, it remembers past conversations, letting you pick up right where you left off.

Apple users, please have patience for your new Siri equivalent. Apple is rumored to be working on a more advanced version of Siri, leveraging large language models similar to those used by Google and OpenAI. Appleās focus tends to be on privacy and on-device processing, which could mean future AI features might operate more securely without needing constant internet connectivity.
I certainly am looking forward to a new iPhone with on-device intelligence this fall!

For the Thought leader section this week we asked our friend Jo Lambadjieva from Amazing Wave Digital about the future of AI in E-Commerce and this is what he had to say:
āVoice search is going to revolutionize how people shop. The moment ChatGPT Voice with Vision becomes widely available and people start having ongoing voice interactions with AI on the daily, voice-driven shopping research will become the new normal.
Of course consumers are still very visually driven, that's not going away. But most likely shopping will be a hybrid between voice conversation, using your camera and getting visual prompts while talking with AI. Just pay attention to Amazon and the fact that Alexa is not dead: They've poured more than $25b into voice technology over the years and despite not really monetizing it, they've not pulled the plug.
There's a very good reason for this. I predict Alexa will become a voice-activated shopping companion, a concierge of sorts. Again, the shopper will still look through visuals but search will be much more audio-driven.
We're talking about Rufus and chatbot-driven search today. Reality is that humans are lazy. They don't want to type. They want to talk, describe exactly what they're searching for in their natural way of speaking, perhaps include visuals (such as pictures) as reference and then get results to look through.
The implication for sellers is that your listings need to be optimized for AI and natural language processing, to include tons of context around uses, benefits and just about anything that the customer might look for, ask for and search for vocally. Some of the best places to get this context from are Amazon reviews and Reddit.
I help sellers learn how to use AI to do everything from optimize their listings to analyse data to make better decisions. You can find out more at amazingwave.digital
