🔥🧠 Multi-GPT Referencing Just Got Real

OpenAI just quietly rolled out a deceptively simple upgrade — and it's a big deal if you care about faster, smarter workflows:

👉 You can now reference multiple CustomGPTs inside a single chat by simply typing @GPTName — like tagging a teammate. You will notice that ChatGPT starts looking for recent GPTs or pinned ones.

Real-World Example: Listing Optimization Workflow

Let’s say you’re optimizing an Amazon listing using a 3-pass system. Instead of opening up and working inside a GPT, the trick is to summon them within a regular chat.

1️⃣ First, you call on GPT #1 to rewrite your title and bullets with a focus on audience awareness levels. There are several of these available by various publishers.

2️⃣ Then while in the SAME chat, cross out GPT1, type @ again and bring in GPT #2 to refine the wording for RUFUS and keyword density — building on GPT #1’s output.

3️⃣ Finally, summon GPT #3, a compliance checker, to scan the final version for Amazon Terms of Service violations before publishing.

Before this update, you'd have to hop between GPTs manually, copy-pasting results and losing the flow each time.

Now?
You can sequence all three GPTs inside a single chat conversation — tagging each one exactly when you need them — and move smoothly from first draft → SEO optimization → compliance check without ever leaving the chat.

👉 Pro Tip:
The only requirement is that the GPTs you want to reference must be pinned to your favorites first.

Why It’s Bigger Than It Looks

🔶 It turns simple chats into lightweight AI workspaces — fast, dynamic, and infinitely customizable.
🔶 It shrinks the gap between idea → action → iteration.
🔶 It makes AI feel collaborative rather than siloed — a huge leap toward truly modular workflows, no custom coding required.

If you’ve ever wished AI could “just work together like a team,”
this is the first real step.

Claude’s New Google Apps Superpowers — and Why It Matters

If you’re a Claude user, you’re going to love its new superpowers.
Claude just rolled out native integrations with Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Drive — and honestly, it’s a sneak peek at how everyday AI is about to get way more useful.

Once connected, you will see those connections appear below your Chat box. Make sure they are enabled to use this feature.

Calendar Integration:

First I asked Claude a very simple question about my upcoming Monday meetings.

Next, I asked Claude a pretty open-ended question: Could you visualize where my time truly goes each week? Here’s my prompt:

And here’s what it generated:

Wow. It didn’t just summarize my week — it analyzed it like a productivity coach:

  • ~47.5 hours spent on work activities (28% of total time)

  • 30 hours intentionally blocked for focus and planning

  • 8.25 hours spent on one-on-one meetings (big on relationship building)

  • Healthy work-life balance, with 46.5 hours/week of personal time

Not bad for an AI reading a messy calendar!

Why this matters:

Claude is closing the gap on productivity integrations — fast.
Calendar analysis is better than Gemini or Copilot right now.
The big players (Anthropic, Google, Microsoft) are racing to own your daily workflow — and it’s accelerating.

Side Note: Claude - Gmail Integration
Claude also links to Gmail — theoretically summarizing emails or helping draft responses. In my experience, though, it’s still a little buggy — because I could not get the integration to work. (I’ll revisit this once it is more stable)

Using Manus to Source Products on Alibaba
This week’s mind-blowing practical example using Manus AI comes from Max Sigurdson-Scott

In this week's thought leader section, we're highlighting an innovative approach to international sourcing that could save you countless hours. Our featured entrepreneur recently tackled the challenge of finding alternatives to Chinese manufacturing by leveraging Manus—a browser automation tool that delivered impressive results.

In just 20 minutes, he was able to identify and compile data on 20 Vietnamese wind chime suppliers on Alibaba, complete with pricing, minimum order quantities, supplier credentials, and more. His experience demonstrates how the right prompt and tool combination can dramatically streamline your sourcing process, especially when diversifying your supply chain beyond China.

Read on to discover his exact methodology, the simple prompt that made it work, and how you can apply this technique to your own sourcing challenges.
