Have you ever wanted to create your own fully automated, AI-driven workflow that just gets stuff done, without you having to touch a thing? How many times have you seen tools that seemed super promising, but you never quite got to them because they just felt... too complicated?

No worries! Today, we’re taking baby steps into AI Automation with a super friendly workflow builder called EnhancedAI. This tool was built by our friend Brad Moss, and he’s giving away a whole bunch of free tokens so you can test it out.

As a demo, I went ahead and built a simple drag-and-drop workflow—no coding needed—that looks a little something like this...

It has 3 simple steps:

  1. Read PPC data from Google Sheets

  2. Analyze the data based on a prompt

  3. Send an analysis to my Gmail

For my first step, I sent it my PPC day-parting hourly data analysis Google sheet to analyze the Day Parting by ACoS Tab.

To do this, I used Enhanced AI’s Data → Pull Data module

I provided the Google sheets ID as input. This can be extracted from your Sheet’s URL: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TfiKfrNc_IsfBZbiOwC4DzwuQPnr-YEBXfsfY9zU37s/edit?gid=765579313#gid=765579313

For step 2, I asked it to generate for each day of the week, the worst hours of day in terms of ACoS. To achieve this, I used their Text → AI Text Generator module where you can create a prompt and choose from a bunch of LLMs (like GPT4, GPT4o, Claude, Anthropic, Groq etc). Looks like this:

I added a prompt, connected the output of the previous step to Content and Context, and also provided additional instructions about what I wanted by output to look like.

The output generated can sent as in input to the next step for generating an email.

For this step, I used their External → API Output module.

I simply dragged a connector from the previous step to this one and provided my email address to send the output to.

Finally, I ran the workflow using the Flow Controller, and just like that, it sent me an email with the analysis.

Here’s what landed in my inbox:

Pretty cool, right? And the best part is, this workflow can be set up to automate even more—think streaming data that runs on a schedule, so you’re always in the loop without lifting a finger.

If you're thinking about giving it a try, the team at EnhancedAI has an awesome YouTube channel packed with tutorials to help you get started. This contains many use cases such as building an email marketing campaign, setting up a sales system and a lot more. Definitely worth checking out!

Not sure when this happened, but Chat GPT can now read my handwriting 🔥. It can understand complex details from my notes, including flowcharts and turn them into clear, concise summaries.

I uploaded my handwritten notes and asked it to read and explain the logic, and this is what it did:

Sweet! This is like having a personal assistant that not only understands your ideas but can turn messy sketches into actionable insights! How cool is that?

AI is helping us create newer versions of ourselves. Every day, I feel its acceleration more intensely than before—I am unlocking new superpowers. Suddenly, I can code, write faster, analyze deeper, generate & implement ideas at lightning speed. Even my spelling errors are irrelevant now; AI just gets what I’m aiming for. I’m moving faster and faster, and still feel like I’m falling behind.

Sam Altman, the founder of OpenAI, shared a post on Threads yesterday, offering a glimpse into what lies ahead in the age of intelligence.

On closer inspection, the post seems to be written entirely by AI (perhaps by the soon-to-be announced ChatGPT5?), so seamless that most wouldn’t notice.

However, some sharp minds quickly ran it through tests (LOL):

The line between human-generated and AI-generated content is vanishing quickly, but there’s no time to hit pause or turn the switch off.

Staying ahead isn’t optional anymore; if you’re not actively learning, testing and implementing AI in your businesses, you’re already getting left behind.

Amazon Accelerate had some prominent announcements related to AI advancements. Jeff Cohen’s recap is a must-read.

Some prominent AI advancements announced:

  • Amazon Ads AI Video Generator:

    • Launch of a video generator that creates video content in minutes, at no additional cost, using a single product image.

    • Generates AI-tailored videos highlighting a product’s selling points using Amazon’s insights.

    • Includes a new live image capability for quick, animated campaign images.

  • Project Amelia:

    • A generative AI-based selling assistant providing sellers with expert advice, answers, and tools instantly.

    • Allows for easier and more efficient management of seller businesses by answering questions in real-time.

  • Product Listing Improvements:

    • AI tools can refine product listings by converting inputs like text, images, or URLs into Amazon formats, filling out product attributes automatically.

  • Customer Return Analytics and Insights:

    • AI-driven tool combining metrics from sales, traffic, inventory, and ad performance, with customizable dashboards (coming soon).

  • A+ Content Manager:

    • New features for generating more robust A+ content pages using AI.

  • Business Planner:

    • AI-based tool designed to help sellers set, track, and achieve business goals.

  • Next Gen Seller Central:

Our friend Max Sinclair from Ecomtent had this to say:

“Amazon Accelerate made one clear: Amazon is doubling down on AI across the full spectrum of its services. However, when it comes to product listings, Amazon’s motivation does not necessarily align only with that of individual sellers.

Conversations between the sessions with senior engineers revealed that their true motivation is, as always, improving customer experience, which in the listing space means more concise and standardized detail pages.

Optimizing for COSMO and RUFUS, which would enable sellers to rank above competitors, requires a more informed strategy than blindly relying on Amazon’s internal tools. And Optimizing for COSMO and RUFUS will become increasingly important as Amazon hands more autonomy and authority to these Generative AI systems.”
