Let’s go!

For this first section on AI Practical Use Cases, I want to show you how I built a simple backend keyword generator for English and Spanish words using ChatGPT.
The generator allows you to select relevant backend words (both English and Spanish) with the highest frequency by simply clicking on some checkboxes in Google sheets.
It counts the total bytes as you select them, and will flag you (turn to red) if the total byte count exceeds 249.

This is what the final concatenated output of my selection looks like. It has both English and Spanish words and it is with the 249 allowed count.

Ok, how did I build it?
I first ran Helium10 reverse ASIN (Cerebro) on 10 competitors
I automatically got a list of words that occur frequently on all my competitors’ pages. I want to make sure I add some of these words to my backend.
Next, I exported the Word Frequency cloud from H10 by clicking on the export button, it looks like this

Copy this list into column A and B of any tab on a Sheet
Next, ask ChatGPT for the formula for translating from English to Spanish. It gave me this: =GOOGLETRANSLATE(A3, "en", "es") and I added it to another column named Spanish and dragged it down
I then inserted 2 additional columns with checkboxes for selection purposes next to the English and Spanish word columns. (I just love the checkbox feature in Google Sheets!)
Next, I described my entire column structure to ChatGPT and asked it to generate a formula that will pick up and concatenate the words I select in both the English and Spanish columns and combine these into one cell, which will then become my backend keywords cell. This is what it gave me:
Honestly, I could never have come up with this on my own!! 🔥
Separately, I asked ChatGPT for a formula to count up bytes for only those cells where words have been selected for the final output and added this to a column named Byte count.
I then added Conditional formatting on the sum of the Byte count to turn to Red whenever the value exceeded 249.
And Voila~!

Here is the direct link to the calculator. Feel free to make a copy, use and share! But most importantly, learn the mindset of converting small repeatable actions into automation with the help of AI 🔥 Once you build an automation, your team can use it over and over again!

For the Cool Tools section today, we are talking about Superpower GPT, an amazing Chrome extension with superpowers💥🔥!
Superpower GPT can help you organize your GPT chats into folders and even help you search within!

It also organizes all of the images you have ever asked ChatGPT to create into a gallery, like this:

You can even create “prompt chains”, where one prompt gets fired after another, making for powerful workflows right within ChatGPT.

How much does it cost? The free tier can get you quite a few perks. The paid version starts at $20. Check out the details here!

For this week’s Nerd Bytes section, I’d like to show you how you can extract ALL of your chats from ChatGPT. Why would you want to do that? If you are a power user, the volume of chats can quickly go up! If you want to search and re-use previous chat transcripts this is what you do…
First go to ChatGPT Settings and Click on Export.

You will be emailed your entire chat conversation history. Click on chat.html. This opens a browser, and you can view your ENTIRE chat history, and even search within it!

This is one of my conversations with ChatGPT. Wow, so much better seeing it this way!

The best part? It’s FREE!

For the Thought leader section this week we are sharing a LinkedIn post where Haider Ali from Incrementum Digital spotted RUFUS on the desktop version of Search on Amazon!
Also, if you haven’t already, definitely watch my webinar on how RUFUS and COSMO are about to completely change the way we discover products on Amazon.
