AI on Your Laptop: From Chatting to Running the Show
OpenAI has upgraded its ChatGPT app for macOS, enabling it to connect with tools on your Mac, like Terminal. This allows ChatGPT to assist with tasks such as running commands, troubleshooting, and offering quick solutions—all seamlessly integrated into your workflow. While this is especially helpful for developers, it’s a glimpse of how AI can take on more control of everyday computer tasks, making complex operations simpler for everyone.
Anthropic’s Claude has taken things further with its new “Computer Use” feature, which allows it to perform actions like searching the web, clicking buttons, and even filling out forms. Think of it as a virtual assistant that can handle repetitive tasks like booking appointments or filling in data, all with your consent.
Meanwhile, Google’s Project Jarvis, powered by their upcoming Gemini AI, is being designed to work within Chrome to automate online tasks like researching, purchasing, and booking travel. It even interprets screenshots to perform actions, making it a powerful tool for handling everyday web-based activities.
These advancements point to where LLMs are headed: taking on more control over computers and real-world tasks. Whether it’s running terminal commands, automating web interactions, or assisting with daily workflows, LLMs are evolving from conversational tools into hands-on collaborators. The goal is clear—make work faster, easier, and more efficient, no matter the platform.

Amazon is pretty strict about what you can and can’t say to protect buyers and keep things legit. This tool makes it easy to catch anything that might cause problems before your listing goes live. It even suggests ways to replace risky language with something that keeps your copy compliant but still appealing to shoppers. For example, instead of saying “the best,” you might highlight a specific feature or benefit your product has.
If you’re an Amazon seller, you already know that time is money. This GPT helps you avoid headaches, save time, and keep your listings up and running. No more stressing over whether a random phrase might get your listing suppressed. It’s all about creating polished, compliant listings that sell while staying on Amazon’s good side.”
